We had a major driveline failure on one of our trucks (Unit 786) while on the road, and RC Mobile Truck Repair came through when we needed them most. They rebuilt a custom driveshaft and had it installed within approximately 24 hours, which got our truck back in service much faster than we expected. Throughout the repair, they kept us updated with timely communication, explained the repair process, and were always available to answer our questions. What really stood out was their customer service. They went above and beyond to help coordinate with our driver and transportation needs, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Even after the repair was complete, they met us after hours on a weekend so we could retrieve the truck and get it back on the road without unnecessary delays. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to helping their customers were outstanding. We truly appreciate everything the team did for Khanvoy Logistics and highly recommend RC Mobile Truck Repair to anyone needing reliable heavy-duty truck repairs. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

Had a coolant hose rupture. I called several different mobile truck repair companies before I found RC Mobile Truck Service on the web. Ron came out to my location and repaired my hose and refilled my coolant. Ron was very polite and professional and is very reasonably priced. Ron even gave me a follow-up call to make sure the repair was still good. Thats a courtesy that not too many shops do. I am glad that I found RC Mobile Truck Service and should I need roadside assistance again, Ron will be my first call. Thanks Ron.
